Bloody Good Software is a registered business name of Touring Golf Pty Ltd (ABN 79 695 344 211), based in Sydney, Australia. For anything in this notice, email [email protected].
What we collect
This website has no forms and no sign-ups. If you email or call us, we receive whatever you choose to include, such as your name, email address, phone number and message.
How it gets to us
This website is hosted on Cloudflare, and our email is hosted by Zoho Mail in its Australian data centre. Those providers process your information only to deliver and store it for us.
How we use it
To reply to your enquiry and, if we end up working together, to run that engagement. We don't add you to a mailing list, and we don't sell or share your details for marketing.
Cookies and tracking
This site runs no analytics or advertising trackers and sets no cookies of its own. Your light or dark theme choice is saved in your browser's local storage and never leaves your device.
How long we keep it
Enquiries stay in our inbox for as long as they're useful for the conversation and our business records. Ask and we'll delete yours, unless the law requires us to keep it.
Access, correction and complaints
Email us to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. We aim to handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles. If you're not happy with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
