Are prices in Australian dollars, and do they include GST?
All prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST.
What does implementation include?
Setting up your firm in HELM (branding, client forms, advice templates, fee packages and your team’s access), importing your client book from your current system, training your team, and running your first clients through with you.
How is the monthly price worked out?
A per-adviser price for each adviser in your firm, plus one platform fee for the firm. A three-adviser firm on the Small plan pays three times the per-adviser price plus the Small platform fee each month.
Do some features cost extra?
No. Every plan includes every feature. The plans differ only by firm size.
