HELM Adviser OS
The operating system for Australian advice firms.
HELM Adviser OS takes a client from first fact-find to signed advice and ongoing fees on one record. Your advisers stop re-typing, your clients stop juggling links from five different tools, and your firm stops paying for all of them.

What HELM replaces.
Each row is a job HELM does in full today. We name another product only where HELM does that whole job.
| The job | Usually done with | In HELM |
|---|---|---|
| Client fact-find and onboarding | myprosperity-style client apps, PDF fact-finds | Clients get a secure link, confirmed with a code to their mobile, to a review fact-find already filled in from what the firm holds. AI reads the statements you upload and proposes the data, and the adviser confirms it before it lands. |
| Getting it signed | FuseSign, DocuSign | Built-in electronic or wet-ink signing, with an audit page on every electronically signed envelope. |
| Collecting documents | Email attachments, Dropbox, ShareFile | Document requests the client answers from a secure link. Every upload is malware-scanned before anyone opens it. |
| Redacting documents | Manual redaction in Adobe Acrobat | Drop up to 20 files at once and HELM proposes redactions for tax file numbers, Medicare and account numbers, ID documents, names and signatures. The adviser reviews and approves, and gets back flattened PDFs as a zip. Redaction is also proposed on client document uploads. |
| Drafting SoAs and RoAs | Word templates and manual drafting | A first draft written from the client record, a review cockpit to check it section by section, regenerate what needs work, and export to Word. |
| Cashflow projections | Separate modelling tools | A deterministic projections engine with Monte Carlo and stress scenarios. The AI writes the narrative, and any figure that does not trace back to the engine is flagged for the adviser. |
| Meeting notes | Typing notes up after the meeting | Upload a transcript or audio recording of the meeting and it becomes a meeting note on the client record. Requires Microsoft 365 calendars |
| Client booking | Calendly | A self-booking link for clients, with meeting briefs that pull the client record together before you walk in. Requires Microsoft 365 calendars |
| Engagement letters, fees and invoices | Word, accounting-package invoicing | Engagement letters, deposit and balance requests, invoices, and ongoing-fee consent renewals. |
| Tracking the work | Monday-style boards, spreadsheets | Work tracking, Authority to Proceed, a client timeline of every message, and an outbox of scheduled emails and texts. |
| The client record | A legacy advice CRM | HELM becomes the system of record. Import your client book once from an export of your current system, keep the old CRM as a read-only archive while you switch, then turn it off. |
From first contact to ongoing fees.

AI proposes. The adviser confirms. Then HELM commits.
AI does the reading, the drafting and the re-typing. The adviser makes every call that matters. Extracted data waits for an adviser to confirm it, drafts wait for an adviser to approve them, and every step is written to an audit log that cannot be edited.
Switching from your CRM: one import, one system of record.
We import your client book from your current system during implementation, so nobody re-types a client to get started. Your old CRM stays available as a read-only archive while your team settles in, then you turn it off.
There is no live sync between HELM and your old CRM. That is deliberate: two systems of record means two versions of every client.
Security and data, built for the obligations you already carry.
Stored in Australia
Client data and documents are stored in Microsoft Azure in Sydney, with no offshore copies.
AI that forgets
AI requests run with zero data retention. Your clients’ information is never kept by the AI provider and never used to train models.
Your firm, walled off
Every firm’s data is isolated inside the database itself, not just in the application, with automated isolation tests in the release pipeline.
A record you can stand behind
An audit log that cannot be edited, submitted client records kept for seven years, and text-message verification for clients.
Encrypted everywhere
AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.2 or better in transit, with malware scanning on every uploaded file.
The adviser decides
AI proposes, the adviser confirms, then HELM commits. Nothing AI-drafted reaches a client without an adviser approving it.
Four steps to live.
-
Demo
Thirty minutes on a call. We walk through HELM with your workflow in mind and tell you straight whether it fits.
-
Set up
We configure your firm: branding, client forms, advice templates, fee packages and your team’s access.
-
Import
We import your client book from an export of your current system, so your team starts with its clients already in HELM.
-
Go live
We train your team and run the first clients through with you. Your old CRM stays as an archive until you are ready to turn it off.
The questions a principal asks.
- Does HELM replace our CRM?
- Yes. HELM becomes your system of record. We import your client book once during implementation, and your old CRM stays available as a read-only archive while your team switches over. HELM does not sync live with your old CRM, so there is one place the truth lives, not two.
- Where is our data stored?
- Client data and documents are stored in Microsoft Azure in Australia, with no offshore copies. Some processing does happen offshore: AI features call Anthropic’s models under zero data retention, so your clients’ information is not kept by the provider and is never used to train models, and client emails are sent through a specialist email delivery service.
- Does the AI write advice for us?
- It drafts. HELM proposes, the adviser confirms, then HELM commits. AI-extracted data is checked by the adviser before it lands on the record, and nothing AI-drafted reaches a client without an adviser approving it. Projection figures come from a deterministic engine, and any figure in a draft that does not trace back to it is flagged for the adviser.
- Do our clients need to install an app or remember a password?
- No. Clients get secure links by email and confirm it is them with a code sent to their mobile. They fill in, upload and sign on any device.
- How long does it take to get started?
- Implementation runs in four steps: demo, set up, import and go live. How long it takes depends mostly on the size and shape of your client book, so we agree a go-live date with you on the demo call.
- Is HELM certified?
- We are working towards ISO 27001. In the meantime we are happy to walk your compliance team through how HELM stores, isolates and audits your data.
