HELM drafts the Record of Advice from what the firm already holds. The adviser reviews it section by section, regenerates what needs work and exports to Word.

Every job in the advice process. One record underneath.

Most firms stitch the client journey together from a client app, a signing tool, a file share, a note-taker, Word templates and a CRM. Each is another login, another subscription and another place to re-type the same client.

See everything HELM does

Built inside a real advice firm. Still running there.

HELM Adviser OS began as a portal for one Australian AFSL-licensed advice firm. It replaced their client-information app and their e-signature subscription, then kept growing: document requests, redaction, SoA drafting, projections, fees and the client record itself.

The firm still runs on it every day. A client gets a text-message-protected link, sees their information already filled in, confirms or corrects it, and signs the result. The adviser runs the review meeting against the same data, with a full audit trail. What started as one firm’s portal is now a platform built for many.

Stored in Australia

Client data and documents are stored in Microsoft Azure in Sydney, with no offshore copies.

AI that forgets

AI requests run with zero data retention. Your clients’ information is never kept by the AI provider and never used to train models.

Your firm, walled off

Every firm’s data is isolated inside the database itself, not just in the application, with automated isolation tests in the release pipeline.

Security and data handling

From $310 per adviser, per month.

A per-adviser fee plus one platform fee for the firm. Every feature on every plan, and implementation includes importing your client book. AUD, excluding GST.
